Free Initial Call for Gut Health Concerns
BOOK YOUR FREE 20-MINUTE CALL
Gut Talk offers a free discovery call for anyone dealing with gut health concerns including SIBO, IBS, bloating, brain fog, or chronic fatigue.
This is a no-cost, no-obligation conversation with me, the owner of the clinic and gut health practitioner. Before you commit to any program, you can ask me questions and find out if working together is the right fit.
You can refer to the Services page first to look into my services and rates.
Please note that I cannot give you individual advice on current protocols or treatment plans during this free consultation.
If you’d like to start working with me right away, you can book a full 1:1 session instead. Either way, I'm excited to connect and learn more about your goals!
PS: I won't call you directly - instead we'll meet online on Zoom. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to join our virtual meeting.
What Happens on a Free Discovery Call
A free initial consultation isn't a sales pitch disguised as a health chat — it's meant to help you make an informed decision. On a typical call with me, you can expect to:
Walk through your current symptoms, history, and what you've already tried
Learn how a personalized protocol differs from generic advice you'd get from a search engine or an AI chatbot
Ask questions about testing options (like SIBO breath testing, GI-MAP), timelines, and what working together actually looks like
Decide, with no pressure, whether it makes sense for you to move forward
Who This Free Consultation Is For
This call is a good fit if you're experiencing:
Persistent bloating, gas, irregular digestion or bowel movements
A prior or suspected SIBO or IBS diagnosis
Brain fog, fatigue, or low energy that seems connected to food or your gut
Frustration with generic diet advice or symptom-only treatment
Uncertainty about where to even start
Kindly note that I do not work with children or cancer patients. There is a limit of one (1) free call per person.
Why a Free Consultation Matters When Choosing a Practitioner
Committing to a gut health protocol — especially for something as individualized as SIBO or IBS — is a real investment of time, money, and effort. A free consultation lets you evaluate fit before that investment:
Does this practitioner listen?
Do they understand the nuance of your case?
Is their approach evidence-informed rather than one-size-fits-all?
If you're comparing practitioners, it's worth asking every one of them the same set of questions on your free call — testing philosophy, communication style, and what's included.

FAQs
Is the discovery call really free, with no obligation?
1
Yes. There's no cost and no requirement to book further services afterward. This is however not the time to ask precise questions about your case, which I won’t be able to comment on during this free call.
Do I need test results or a diagnosis beforehand?
2
No. Many people book a free consultation before they've had any formal testing. Part of the call is discussing whether testing (like a SIBO breath test) makes sense for your situation.
Is this consultation virtual?
3
Yes. Gut Talk is a virtual practice, working with clients internationally, so you can book a free consultation from anywhere.
What happens after the free call?
4
If it's a good fit, you'll get a clear idea of the next steps, including any recommended testing and work needed. If it's not a fit, there's no pressure to continue.
