PRODUCTS & SERVICES POLICY

1. Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been delivered. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

2. Physical Products

Refunds for unopened physical products may be considered within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original, unused condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

LAB TESTING SERVICES

All laboratory testing services, including SIBO breath testing, HTMA testing, stool testing, and any Lab packages, are non-refundable once purchased.

Lab services are considered initiated and administrative processing begins immediately upon purchase. For this reason, all lab testing sales are final, regardless of whether the sample has been submitted.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind, misunderstanding of lab selection, or timing considerations.

CONSULTATIONS

Single consultations are non-refundable once scheduled.

A consultation is considered rendered at the time of the scheduled appointment, whether attended or missed.

Rescheduling is permitted when made more than 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

LONG-TERM SUPPORT PACKAGES

Long-term support packages are designed as structured, ongoing programs.

Because these packages involve preparation, planning, and reserved calendar availability, payments are generally non-refundable.

However, in exceptional circumstances, partial refunds or payment adjustments may be considered at my sole discretion, depending on the stage of the program and services already provided.

Monthly payment plans cannot be paused or cancelled once initiated unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Individual Outcomes

Individual results vary. Gut Talk does not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines. Health improvements depend on many factors outside the practitioner’s direct control, including but not limited to client compliance, lifestyle factors, medical history, biological variability, and external circumstances.

GENERAL POLICY

By completing a purchase through my website or checkout platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
