Decoding and making sense of “Gut Talk” can be a challenging task. I am here to make it easier for you, putting all the pieces of the puzzle together and guide you towards better health!

If you've landed here, I'm going to take a wild guess that you're fed up, tired and dealing with a host of chronic digestive issues and related symptoms of fatigue, brain fog, anxiety or depression.

You might have already tried different diets (low-fodmap, vegan, carnivore, paleo…), removed gluten and dairy, perhaps even taken a whole range of supplements without any major improvement. Or you could simply be curious and desiring a healthier life.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a diagnosis of exclusion which means your doctor can’t explain your symptoms, identify the root cause or determine an appropriate course of action. IBS is a label given to a patient - when all the major intestinal diseases have been ruled out - which ultimately hinders the path towards optimal health. This label is not where it ends. This approach is missing key pieces such as the health of one’s microbiome ecosystem and nervous system regulation.

I’m here to tell you that there is a better way. And being on a long term Low-FODMAP diet is not it!
